Project 01_Corona Sample Collection Booth

Antaheen Foundation’s First announced project, but due to limited funding, preparing the mobile booth, accepting government bodies, and collaborating with the Surgeon, the project inaugurated later than the predicted time. Starting the journey on August 5, 2020, the corona sample collection booth from Chattogram 6 urban dispensary destinations: Panchlaish, Halishahar, Kotoali, Pahatali, Baijid Bostami, Sholoshohar. At present, the project has provided service to more than 400 Chattogram citizens. Currently, we are working with IECDR in these locations over 5 months. 

The project has made Antaheen Foundation come out life, finally stepping out in the world and taking a firm decision to make changes in the country. Thus, this project will always be special for us in our heart.

প্রজেক্ট ১: করোনা নমুনা সংগ্রহ কেন্দ্রঃ

অন্তহীন ফাউন্ডেশনের প্রথম ঘোষণাকৃত প্রকল্প। কিন্তু অর্থের স্বল্পতা, মোবাইল বুথ তৈরী,  সরকারের অনুমোদন এবং কর্তব্যরত সার্জনের সাথে সমন্বয়হীনতার কারণে প্রকল্পটি নির্দিষ্ট সময় থেকে একটু দেরিতে শুরু হয়েছে। ৫ আগস্ট, ২০২০ ইং তারিখে চট্টগ্রাম শহরের ৬ টি চিকিৎসা কেন্দ্র ; পাঁচলাইশ, হালিশহর, কোতোয়ালি, পাহাড়তলী,  বায়জীদ বোস্তামী ও ষোলশহরে করোনা নমুনা সংগ্রহের বুথ স্থাপনের মাধ্যমে এই প্রকল্পের যাত্রা শুরু হয়।  এখন পর্যন্ত এই প্রকল্পের আওতায় ৪০০ এর বেশি নাগরিকের সেবা প্রদান করা হয়েছে।  বর্তমানে পাঁচ মাস ধরে আমরা এই নির্দিষ্ট স্থানে আইসিডিআর এর সাথে কাজ করে যাচ্ছি।  এই প্রকল্পটি অন্তহীন ফাউন্ডেশনকে পরিচিতি দিয়েছে।  পরিশেষে বিশ্বের সাথে তাল মিলিয়ে এবং দৃঢ় সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে দেশকে পরিবর্তন করার জন্য।  এভাবে এই প্রকল্পটি আমাদের সব সময় বিশেষ হিসেবে থাকবে। 

Project 02_Gift

During the lockdown period, this project has helped some daily wage-earning families heavily affected by Covid-19, Bangladesh’s lowest economic condition. Understanding the shortage of income opportunity, daily meals, and necessities the Project Gift donated BDT 25,000 plus to 25 families all over the country.

Covid-19 affected the most vulnerable and powerless. The daily-wage earner, who managed to make ends meet by working day and night without a break, was jobless. They who managed to earn 2 meals a day for his family was now hungry for days. We could not sit idle anymore; we had to take steps to help our countrymen and defeat hunger together through this project.

বাংলাদেশের নিম্ন অর্থনৈতিক অবস্থায় লকডাউন এর সময় এই প্রকল্পটি দ্বারা কিছু দিনমজুরকে সাহায্য করা হয়েছে যারাকোভিড ১৯  এর কারণে খুব বেশি প্রভাবিত হয়েছিল।  উপার্জন সুবিধা, দৈনন্দিন খাবার ও প্রয়োজনীয় উপকরণের স্বল্পতার কথা বিবেচনা করে এই প্রকল্পের মাধ্যমে প্রায় সারা দেশে ২৫টি পরিবারের মধ্যে ২৫ হাজার টাকার মতো অনুদান দেওয়া হয়েছে।  কোভিড ১৯ হতদরিদ্র ও কর্মক্ষমদের বেশি প্রভাবিত করেছে। যে দিনমজুর দিনরাত পরিশ্রম করে সংসার চালাতো সে আজ বেকার। যে দিনে দুই বেলা খাবার যোগাত তারা আজ অনাহারে। আমরা আর অলস বসে থাকতে পারিনা। আমাদের জরুরি পদক্ষেপ নিতে হবে। আমাদের দেশের মানুষদের জন্য এবং ক্ষুধাকে জয় করার জন্য।

                         

Project 03 Shibchar

Project Shibchar is another significant project done by Antaheen Foundation under which we supplied Foods and necessary commodities to 200 heavily flood-affected families in Shibchar Upazila, Madaripur district. The project received substantial contributions from Netherlands and Turkey, including Bangladeshi patrons, who made the foundation to donate BDT 150,000 plus. 

Flood has always been a general issue in Bangladesh as it’s a land of rivers, situated on Gangas Deltas and distributaries flowing in the Bay of Bengal. So, to help the poor flood-affected people, food arrangement has become a difficult point to arrange. Antaheen Foundation has developed the project to provide the food-relief to remove the miseries to help them.

প্রকল্প শিবচর অন্তহিন ফাউন্ডেশনের আরেকটি উল্লেখযোগ্য প্রকল্প যেখানে আমরা বন্যা কবলিত ২০০ পরিবারের মধ্যে খাবার ও প্রয়োজনীয় জিনিসপত্র সরবরাহ করেছি।  এ প্রকল্পের প্রধান ভূমিকা রেখেছে নেদারল্যান্ড এবং বাংলাদেশের কিছু দাতা যারা ফাউন্ডেশনকে  ১৫০০০০ টাকারও বেশি অনুদান দিয়েছে।

বন্যা বাংলাদেশের একটি সাধারণ ঘটনা কারণ বাংলাদেশ একটি নদীমাতৃক দেশ।  এই বন্যাকবলিত এলাকার সাহায্যের ক্ষেত্রে খাদ্য সংগ্রহকরণ দিন দিন কঠিন হয়ে পড়ছে। সহজে সরবরাহের মাধ্যমে বন্যা কবলিতদের দুর্দশা দূর করার জন্য অন্তহীন ফাউন্ডেশন এই প্রকল্পটি সাজিয়েছে৷

Project 04_Mask & Project 05_Cap

Project Masks and Caps is an initiative to help the daily wage earners shield against the hot and humid weather and scorching sun. Antaheen Foundation distributed masks to protect from Corona and caps to 1000 rickshaw pullers.

Masks have become a necessity due to the Corona Virus, its high chances of spreading by air. Masks can stop the spreading and help from infecting others. Therefore, a crucial part to play during the Pandemic. Antaheen Foundation has received the masks donation which allowed us to donate the masks to the rickshaw pullers in Chattogram’s central areas, which are keen to spread the virus to curve down the number of patients affected by Corona Virus. 

প্রজেক্ট ৪: মাস্ক ও প্রজেক্ট ৫: ক্যাপ

গরম আদ্র আবহাওয়া ও  তীব্র দাবদাহে  রোদ থেকে দিনমজুরদের কে রক্ষা করার প্রকল্প মাস্ক ক্যাপ ভূমিকা স্বরূপ।  অন্তহিন ফাউন্ডেশন করোনা থেকে রক্ষার জন্য ১০০০ রিক্সাওয়ালার মধ্যে  মাস্ক বিতরণ করেছে।  করোনা ভাইরাস এর জন্য মাস্ক অতি প্রয়োজনীয় জিনিস হয়ে দাঁড়িয়েছে।  কারণ এটা বাতাসের মাধ্যমে ছড়ায়।  মাস্ক এর মাধ্যমে এটা ছড়ানো বন্ধ করা সম্ভব।  সেই জন্য এরকম প্যান্ডেমিকে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করতে হয়। অন্তহিন ফাউন্ডেশনে মাস্কের জন্য পাওয়া অনুদানের মাধ্যমে আমরা চট্টগ্রামে কেন্দ্রে মাস্ক বিতরণ করতে পেরেছি।  যা ভাইরাস ছড়ানো প্রতিরোধ করে এবং করোনা আক্রান্ত রোগী কমাতে সাহায্য করে।

 

Project 06_Easel

Project Easel is a professional project of Antaheen Foundation under which we are delivering CV writing service to Undergraduate Students, Fresh Graduates & SSC/HSC graduates for BDT 500 only. This project has the ultimate objective of helping students develop industry-level resumes and empower them for a bright future and encourage donations for the society via Project Protapnagar. This project acts as a bridge to connect the youth and community. 

Our foundation is full of young entrepreneurs, engineers, doctors, business students, technicians and teachers. Our responsibility is to help the young and fresh graduates make their steps to a better career easier. Simultaneously, our initiative intended to involve the youngsters in social welfare, help the needy, and understand the country’s present desperate conditions. A motive to make them aware of the country’s most deprived and underprivileged- to create a bond.

প্রজেক্ট ইসেল আন্তঃহীন ফাউন্ডেশনের একটি পেশাদার প্রকল্প যার অধীনে আমরা স্নাতক শিক্ষার্থী, নতুন স্নাতক এবং এসএসসি / এইচএসসি স্নাতককে মাত্র ৫০০ টাকায় সিভি রাইটিং সার্ভিস বিতরণ করছি। এই প্রকল্পটির লক্ষ্য রয়েছে শিক্ষার্থীদের শিল্প-স্তরের বিকাশ এবং উজ্জ্বল ভবিষ্যতের জন্য তাদের ক্ষমতায়ন এবং প্রকল্প প্রতাপনগরের মাধ্যমে সমাজের জন্য অনুদানকে উৎসাহিত করার। এই প্রকল্পটি যুবসমাজ এবং সম্প্রদায়কে সংযুক্ত করতে একটি সেতু হিসাবে কাজ করে।

আমাদের ফাউন্ডেশনটি তরুণ উদ্যোক্তা, প্রকৌশলী, ডাক্তার, ব্যবসায়ী শিক্ষার্থী, প্রযুক্তিবিদ এবং শিক্ষক দ্বারা পূর্ণ। আমাদের দায়িত্ব হল তরুণ এবং সতেজ স্নাতকদের ভাল ক্যারিয়ারে তাদের পদক্ষেপগুলি আরও সহজ করতে সহায়তা করা। এককালে আমাদের উদ্যোগের লক্ষ্য ছিল তরুণদের জড়িত করা সমাজের কল্যাণে, অভাবগ্রস্থদের সাহায্যে ও দেশের আশাহত অবস্থা বুঝতে। তাদেরকে দেশের সর্বাধিক বঞ্চিত ও সুবিধাবঞ্চিতদের সম্পর্কে সচেতন করার উদ্দেশ্য- একটি বন্ধন তৈরি করা

Project 07_Pratapnagar

During the Corona period, cyclone ‘Amphan’ was a thundering signal for the village of Pratapnagar in Shatkhira, Khulna. The calamity destroyed many homes in the Union, leaving the majority vulnerable. Added to that is the catastrophic flood. For the past six months, the locals have been living in tents on the barrage. As the flood breaks the dam, the water rises only when the tide rises. Thus, a severe shortage of drinking water and food must be brought by boat from 5-10 km away.

Since the time of ‘Project Shibchar’, our team has been keeping an eye on the Pratapnagar’s flood-affected people. With the reduction of water level, there is an opportunity for us to do something and change their condition. Our Project Tube-well and project Widow’s House are sub-parts of these ambitious projects. 

Our Netherlands Branch took a step forward to significant contributions to help us build the two tube-wells. Their support and assistance have managed to place the tube-wells in centre positions in the Shatkhira district. However, we acknowledge that many organizations have also taken a step toward helping the residents decrease water resources scarcity. However, the water level and depth made the tube-wells lack water. In this case, we took an extra initiative and strategic decision to increase the water depth. Therefore, a lesser possibility of contaminations, lesser water quality changes, and decreased arsenic percentage in the water.

প্রজেক্ট ৭:  প্রতাপনগর

করোনার সময়কালে, ঘূর্ণিঝড় 'আম্ফান' ছিল খুলনার শতখীরার প্রতাপনগর গ্রামের জন্য একটি বজ্র সংকেত। এই দুর্যোগ ইউনিয়নের অনেক বাড়িঘর ধ্বংস করে দিয়েছিল, সংখ্যাগরিষ্ঠকে ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ করে রেখেছিল। এর সাথে যুক্ত হয়েছে বিপর্যয় বন্যা। গত ছয় মাস ধরে স্থানীয়রা ব্যারেজে তাঁবুতে বসবাস করছেন। বন্যার বাঁধ ভাঙ্গার কারণে, পানি কেবল  জোয়ার বাড়লে উঠে যায়। সুতরাং, খাবার পানির তীব্র সংকট দেখা দেয় এবং খাবার ৫-১০ কিলোমিটার দূরে নৌকায় করে আনতে হয়।

প্রকল্প শিবচরের' সময় থেকেই আমাদের দল প্রতাপনগরের বন্যায় ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ লোকদের দিকে নজর রাখছে। জলের স্তর হ্রাসের সাথে, আমাদের সুযোগ রয়েছে তাদের জন্য কিছু করার এবং তাদের অবস্থার পরিবর্তন করার।  আমাদের প্রকল্প নলকূপ এবং প্রকল্প উইডো হাউস এই গৌরবময় প্রকল্পগুলির উপ-অংশ। আমাদের নেদারল্যান্ডস শাখা এক পদক্ষেপ নিয়েছিল দুটি নলকূপ তৈরিতে আমাদের সহায়তার জন্য। তাদের সমর্থন ও সহায়তায় সাতক্ষীরা জেলার কেন্দ্রে নলকূপগুলো স্থাপন করা হয়েছে। তবে, আমরা স্বীকার করি যে বহু সংস্থা বাসিন্দাদের পানির ঘাটতি হ্রাস করতে সহায়তা করার জন্য একটি পদক্ষেপও নিয়েছে। তবে পানির স্তর এবং গভীরতার ফলে নলকূপগুলিতে পানির অভাব হয়। এই ক্ষেত্রে, আমরা পানির গভীরতা বাড়ানোর জন্য একটি অতিরিক্ত উদ্যোগ এবং কৌশলগত সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছি। ফলে পানি দূষিত হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা কম, পানির গুণমানের পরিবর্তন এবং পানিতে আর্সেনিকের শতাংশ হ্রাস পায়।

Project 08_Bashkhali

We have built a stable house for a widow in Bashkhali, a woman living with 2 daughters and 1 son. Her daily wage-earning profession is of a house-helper and part-time works as a spice grinder in wedding occasions. She barely makes her ends met with surviving and does not have the opportunity to build herself a decent house. Working day and night continuously, she comes backs to a place which leaks rainwater—a helpless scenario.

Therefore, we finally took the initiative to help the poor lady. Our mission has been achieved by making long-lasting changes and helping those who need our help the most. 

প্রজেক্ট ৮: বাঁশখালী

আমরা বাশখালীর এক বিধবার জন্য একটি স্থিতিশীল বাড়ি তৈরি করেছি, যিনি দুই মেয়ে ও এক ছেলের সাথে বসবাস করছেন। তার দৈনিক উপার্জন আসে একজন গৃহ রক্ষাকারী এবং খণ্ডকালীন বিবাহের অনুষ্ঠানে মশালাদার পেষকদন্ত হিসাবে কাজ করে। কিন্তু নিজের পরিবার ও নিজে থাকার জন্য একটি বাড়ি তৈরির স্বপ্ন অধরাই থেকে যায়। সারা দিনরাত অবিরাম কাজ করে সে এমন একটি ঘরে ফিরে আসে যেখানে বৃষ্টির পানি ঘরে ঢুকে- একটি অসহায় দৃশ্য।

অতএব, অবশেষে আমরা দরিদ্র মহিলাটিকে সহায়তা করার উদ্যোগ নিয়েছি। আমাদের লক্ষ্য অর্জিত হয়েছে দীর্ঘস্থায়ী পরিবর্তন করে এবং যাদের আমাদের সবচেয়ে বেশি সাহায্য প্রয়োজন তাদের সহায়তা করে।
